You see, your brain translates these words into hormones (yes, every thought releases brain chemicals!), actions, habits and beliefs.
And these, ultimately, shape your life.
Of course, some things will come easier than others, because of your background: your upbringing, your successes and failures, the people around you… and so on.
All of these have been programming your mind for decades, setting your limits and creating what feels like a fortress to your potential.
But let me tell you — it’s just a sandcastle.
